order processing

we currently ship orders on monday and wednesday, each week.

orders placed on shipping days before 11am will be shipped that day, after that time we'll ship your order on the following shipping day.

orders will not be shipped on bank holidays.

if there are any major delays with shipping, we will contact you via email.

all orders are delivered with royal mail.

damages

two words coffee is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. please retain all packaging materials and contact royal mail if you received your order damaged.
